Proposal Dewan Ilmiah dari Institut, ditunjukkan, bahwa Yang Mulia Maharadja
Kutai Mulawarman Prof. Dr. Hc. M.S.P.A Iansyahrechza. FW, Ph.D, telah hadir selama
bertahun-tahun di berbagai tingkat diplomatik dan aktivisme dari PBB, melalui
konferensi ilmiah untuk mendukung sektor LSM di seluruh dunia pada platform
mempromosikan dan melestarikan perdamaian dan penyelesaian tanpa kekerasan dari
semua masalah yang diperdebatkan di negara bagian dan hubungan antar negara dan
antar agama, penyebaran toleransi, kesetaraan, dan kesetaraan.
Kontribusinya
terhadap perdamaian, toleransi dan koeksistensi di antara semua warga dunia
terlepas dari agama, ras, dan afiliasi nasional lebih dapat dikenali dan tak

Humans are beings who can often surpass themselves in their abilities, and unfortunately destroy the world we live in, so we must be wise when choosing the leaders of this world, those who will lead us with their strength and wisdom to a better and brighter future.
I am writing this text as a sign og support to His Highness, MAHARADJA KUTAI MULAWARMAN Prof. Dr. Hc. M.S.P.A Iansyahrechza FW.Ph.D
My goal is to make the people closer to the greatness of His Highness, MAHARADJA KUTAI MULAWARMAN Prof. Dr. Hc. M.S.P.A Iansyahrechza FW.Ph.D, who is by my personal opinion the largest and most complete candidate for the Nobel Prize, and who was nominated, among others, by my brother, H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti.
I am also the greatest support to His Majesty, and I am ready to fight on his side with all my strength, because the humanity of the 21st century need peace, love, tolerance, humanity, understanding, forgiveness, but also harmony and solidarity among people in order to build an ideal world in which all people will be equal and live happily from their work, without disease, without poverty, without wars, without hatred, without envy.
As one of the world's researchers and scientists, but also as one of the connoisseurs of world opportunities, and based on available data that I researched, but also from some personal experiences, I can say that His Highness MAHARADJA KUTAI MULAWARMAN Prof. Dr. Hc. M.S.P.A Iansyahrechza FW.Ph.D is the main and biggest candidate for the Nobel Prize, because he is the only one in the whole world who meets all the above criteria that make a man to be a human being.
So, His Majesty is a teacher of peace, love and friendship, honesty, justice, and he has raised the world to a higher level with his struggle, experience and knowledge, and he still does, and will do everything in His Majesty's power to preserve life on today's highly endangered planet Earth.
I have personally advocated for peace for about 20 years, I fight for human rights, I fight against injustice, I write literary works that promote peace, love, humanity all over the world, I am known as one of the best poets and writers in my region and world, I have more than 200 awards for literature and peace, including various literary competitions around the world, as well as valuable special awards and recognitions, for which I have earned the status of Honorary Doctor of Science and Ambassador of Peace and Culture.
People know my work, they know my success, they know about my fight for justice, not only my friends, but much wider.
I am also a father of two children, and I wish the best future for my children, so I fight on the side of peace and justice, and as such I want to participate in building a system that values and rewards honest and fair, but also selfless people, determined to raise not only themselves, but also the people around them and the people of the whole world.
When fate connected me with my friend and brother H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, primarily thanks to the Roma population, new life vistas and paths opened up for me.
I soon realized and became convinced that the fight for justice was not in vain, for my older brother, H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, who encouraged me to continue with my work, and he is also the first who awarded me an honorary doctorate because he recognized my value in the literary world and recognized me as a very valuable peace builder, one of those who have the potential to change the world in next few years.

I was only 5 years old at the time, but I can say that I am honored to have been born in 1981 because I had the opportunity to meet my big brother H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, and thanks to him to get acquainted with the work of His Highness, MAHARADJA KUTAI MULAWARMAN Prof. Dr. Hc. M.S.P.A Iansyahrechza FW.Ph.D, and both of them will be remembered by future generations as the greatest people of all time, those whose names are synonymous with peace, friendship, love and humanity.
After nearly 4 decades of spreading peace, love and friendship around the world, my brother H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, finally received significant recognitions for his hard work in preserving peace, respecting all people regardless of religion, race and nationality.
As a member of the Roma population, my brother H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, raised in the eyes of the world the entire Roma community, which is often discriminated and belittled in the world, especially in World War II when it lost millions of people due to genocide, from which they have not recovered to this day.
My brother, H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, a role model not only for me, but for many famous people all over the world, his word opens almost all doors.
My brother, H.R.H. Prince Prof. At the end of 2019 in Duisburg, Dr. Bajram Haliti delighted all Germans and other citizens present in the packed hall with a speech that gave them hope for life, because he explained that we are all one family and that we need to spread mutual respect among all people in the world.
My brother, H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, is one of the best writers in the world, also one of the best peace advocates, but also one of the best lawyers in the whole world. And one of those who deserves the Nobel Prize in the future, both for peace and for literature.
As I have already stated, by his wisdom and ability, H.R.H. Prince Prof. Dr. Bajram Haliti, raised the Roma nation all over the world, taught the world how man fights for his people and for his ideals, but also for the survival of all mankind. An encyclopedia could be written from his life attitudes and ideas, many novels could be written, and new films could be made.
Bajram's Institute for European Roma Studies and Research against Crimes of Humanity and International Law is one of the best institutions in the world, the success of this institution run by my friend and brother is of great importance for the whole world, as well as merits in spreading peace, love and friendship, humanity, justice and healthy interpersonal relationships that are needed for us as a society to move forward, especially in these difficult times when there is a crisis around the world, a state of tension, but also a coronavirus that has taken many innocent human victims.

M.S.P.A Iansyahrechza FW.Ph.D, has been involved in various levels of diplomatic activism for many years, his hand and his wisdom lead many important organizations in the world, and thanks to him the world is gradually changing and getting better, especially for poor and powerless people.

M.S.P.A Iansyahrechza FW.Ph.D has chaired many scientific conferences to support the NGO sector around the world on a platform to promote and preserve peace and nonviolently resolve all contentious issues in interstate, interreligious and interfaith human relations, spreading tolerance and equality.
At this time, His Highness, MAHARADJA KUTAI MULAWARMAN Prof. Dr. Hc.
